Drop off Appointment Scheduling

Once you arrive the average length of time is approximately 15-30 mins. 

 (*Please note: You must be a pre-registered consignor to drop off.)

Please follow these easy steps for a quick and easy drop off:

Step 1. 

Before you arrive for drop off, please ensure that all of your items are priced and ready to be sold. Remember to check for spots, stains and worn knees carefully at home, snap all snaps and button all buttons.

Step 2.  

When you arrive at the sale, follow the signs. We will have signs pointing the way. This is where you will drop off your merchandise.  We have rolling carts and flatbeds available, and will help you unload your things onto them. If you have cribs or large items, we can help you get your things into the building. 

 Step 3.  

Check in at the Consignor Check-in and Information Table  for some quick information to review and a Consignor waiver to sign. If you are volunteering you will also receive your presale pass at this time. 

 Step 4.   

One of the most important aspects of  is our inspection, insuring that we save you time and money by only accepting high quality items. Remember All items will be checked for correctly done tags.  Clothing will be checked to ensure there are no stains, missing buttons, broken zippers, that items are in style and not too worn and that clothing is hung correctly. Please do not be offended if an item is given back to you, we want to ensure the highest quality possible for the sale.

Step 5.  

After the inspection, you will place your clothing, toys and other items around the room as signs indicate. Hang your clothing items on the proper racks according to size and gender which are clearly marked. This part does not take long if your items are pre-sorted. Drop off time will be quicker if you have your clothing items seperated by size and gender.

Step  6.

That's it- you're finished! We will sell your items for you and send you a check within two weeks. Remember consignors get to  shop the presale early, but volunteers shop the very first!
